Located in historic Beach Haven New Jersey we are conveniently located across the street from the beach and walking distance to Murphys Market,Rommels Liquor store,Centennial Park,The Engleside Restaurant and Sand Bar,The Sea Shell Restaurant and Tiki Bar,The Marlin Restaurant, Bukalews Restaurant and the Surflight Theatre.

With 6 newly renovated efficiency apartments all with private baths, Kitchenettes complete with full size refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, pots pans, dishes and utensils. We also provide linens and bath towels.

Cleaning is available upon request between the hours 10 am and 4pm.

We have 4 efficiencies that sleep 2-4 people 150.00 per nite weekdays and 180.00 per nite weekends (based on a 2 guest occupancy each additional person is 25.00 per nite.)

We have one efficiency that sleeps 4-6 people 195.00 per nite and 245.00 per nite weekends (based on 4 guest occupancy each additional person 25.00 per nite.)

Our private 3rd floor suite has 3 bedrooms which sleeps 6 people and a enclosed porch with a fantastic view of the ocean! The rate is 425.00 per nite and 525.00 per nite on the weekends.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Because of the limited availability of rooms,last minute cancellations can affect us greatly.Therefore in the event that you must cancel,change dates,shorten your stay or any other changes to your reservation,you deposit will be refunded less 15% of the deposit as a booking charge only if 14 days notice is provided.If cancellation is made within2 weeks of your arrival the deposit(less 15% of the deposit as a booking charge)will only be refunded if the room is re rented for the entire length of your stay.
